Is there a way, where you can file for immigration for a daughter and her kids, minus her husband?

I am an American Citizen and I dont want my son in law to come here. Is it possible? Thanks

Yes. You do not have to include his name (you don't even have to include your grandkids). But make sure your daughter is ok with it.

I recommend consult an Immigration Lawyer, any file for Immigration process could affect your daughter's records too if her marriage to your son-in-law is legal..

yes you can leave him out be prepared to support her and the children why not have her divorce beforehand in her country much simpler
