I have heard many theories on why this is. The most prevalent is that when you are in a relationship, you appear more content and confident. You appear to be well taken care of. That is opposed to being single and you may appear more unhappy and appearing a little more desperate.

because your last relationship went wrong and you have not found out or are not wanting to admit the cause to it,, you are judging all the rest like it was the last one you had,, they are all different just look a bit deeper then you are,, they did you wrong not the coming of new friends,, leave your friends or other peoples couples alone

well when u r single u want to be with someone so bad that u start to look desprite and men dont like that. And also when u have a man ano ther guys wants you because men want they cant have.

Because people think that you're single for a reason, like maybe you're just too much to handle, and when you're with someone, they think you would be a cool person to talk to.

Funny how that works. When you're single you have less confidence than when you are with someone. With confidence your whole attitude changes. It's totally about self image.
