There is no such thing as a soul. There is mind, which is a function of the brain. Babies are born with relatively simple minds. There is evidence that their minds start developing while in the womb, possibly as early as the 2nd trimester.

A human is always a human cuz its not anything else . a pig , a donkey , a rabbit . Its DNA makes it human . So where there is human DNA from one person and another person that combines , there is another human.
