A living soul. Is it when they are conceived in his/her mother's womb or when him/her takes his/her first breath?

Great question! A human becomes a living soul when they are conceived in the mother womb.

There is no such thing as a soul. There is mind, which is a function of the brain. Babies are born with relatively simple minds. There is evidence that their minds start developing while in the womb, possibly as early as the 2nd trimester.

The life of every individual organism in any sexually reproducing species begins at the moment of fertilization. Why would it be any different for othe human species?

A human is always a human cuz its not anything else . a pig , a donkey , a rabbit . Its DNA makes it human . So where there is human DNA from one person and another person that combines , there is another human.
