Anyone who says they know the answer to that question is a liar.
All you'll get is dogma, guesswork, and wishful thinking.
Love now, regardless of what comes after you die.

A freind of mine got philosophical on me once, and said,
"Who's to say if it's the last thought you have when you die, or the
first when you enter spirit that determines things."
Myself, I've studied into the paranormal, and the FACTS, whether one wants to BELIEVE it or not. Is that a spirit can lose
awareness after a traumatic physical "death". Sudden and violent death creates ghosts.
Not all ghostly phenomenon is an actual entity. There are imprints, or recordings on time of traumatic events. Spirits
can also hang around to say goodby. Or maybe they had some
money hid, and want their family to get it. Don't start hassling
psychics with that!
Spirit is mind, and the possibilites are endless. Some spirits jump right back into physiacl life. They fish for 1000 years. Time
is "timeless" in spirit. Go to school. Reincarnate. Basically,
either one uses self-control and creates a good reality for themselves. Or they lose control, and end up in the making of
some other beings.

As a Christian i've got self belief I'n heaven and hell. yet for me, ceasing to exist is a welcoming thought. in spite of the fact that that's particularly because of the fact I warfare with strategies of suicide, so the thought that i ought to easily die and give up to exist is acceptable. yet on the tip of the day, I nevertheless have self belief that the Bible is God's be conscious and that each thing in that's the certainty.

An atheist will experience oblivion, until he/she realizes that they are indeed having an experience. They then will "awaken" and realize they still exist. They will understand that life is life, and is infinitely better than they ever thought possible.
Belief does carry over, but only to an extent. One will always come to one's senses, and see the reality of perfect Love, and they will realize they are creators as well as children of the reality called "God".

since I'm not dead yet....& it's just an estimated guess at this point....I would assume it depends on the religion as to what the after life will be.
Since I'm Christian...& I believe in Heaven Vs Hell...I would hope that my soul is worthy of Heaven.

We all rot in the ground together and blink out of existence. To put it more poetically, all are returned to the earth.

Yes.
If you Believe who Jesus said HE was, you will go to Planet Heaven.
If you Don't Believe who Jesus said HE was, you will go to Hell.
GOD don't want anybody to go to Hell, that is why HE sent HIS Son Jesus.
Up to you to Believe, GOD will not Force you to.

No it doesn't depend on our life. It depends on what we request. We all turn to worm food or ashes.
