I need a new vaccum cleaner. i have been through 3 in the last two years. i want to buy a strong vaccum that will not need replacing for a long time. my problem is i dont have 3 or 4 hundred dollars sitting around to spend on a vaccum. is there any stores that offer a same as cash or 6 months/ one year no payments on any cards that can be obtained by someone with absolutley no credit?

try target or walmart. they give out small credit lines for people with bad credit

If you have no credit, you will have a hard time getting credit. It's a catch-22. You need credit history to get approved for new credit, but you can't have a credit history until you get approved. Try Rent-a-center or one of those types of places. You could also try the home shopping channels like HSN, QVC, ShopNBC. They may give you credit, or at the very least, you can buy many things on what they call "flex-pay" or "stretch-pay" where you only pay a portion of the price when you order, then they bill you monthly for the difference. That may be your best bet.
