i want to stop the browser to stop loading when i turn on the computer. I should know this but i need help.?

Go to the Start Menu and look for a folder called Startup
See if there is an icon for the browser in there. If there is, delete it.
Any icons in the Startup folder are loaded whenever the computer is turned on.

A quick way to find your startup folder (like dewcoons said) is to right-click on your Start button and select "Explore". Click on the plus sign next to "Programs", and you should see your startup folder. Click on the startup folder, and you should see everything that loads when your PC boots up. Delete the stuff you don't want.
