What are some dead give away nonverbal signs that a guy is in to you?

What are some signs that he just want to talk to you and what are some signs that a guy is in a relationship?

In to girl signs-
1.He will hang around the girl
2.Touch the girl. Generally something like a quick brush or rub. Also note a touch that lingers too long, such as when you both grab something..and touch..and he does not move his hand. If it's more then five seconds...it's forever.
3.Smile at the girl.
4.Open his legs very causally toward the girl
5.He checks himself in a mirror or such to make sure he looks good.

If he 'just wants to talk to you'
1.He will not flirt
2.He will keep the conversation clean..very PG.
3.He will talk about non personal topics

Relationship signs-
1.He ignores you
2.He is very stand offish to you, as if you were a tree.
3.He stays closed up, arms and legs at his sides.
4.Avoids any type of contact....going way around the room so there is no chance he may brush into you.
