Ok, ill bite.
White people are the devil.
ok no there not. but.
Color does matter, the context of your question leads me to belive your trying to start a argument not get a answer so ill admit it from the get go.
COLOR MATTERS
White people judbe black people and blacks do the same back, all races and religions hate on ech other if even a little bit. many of us have grown past it and dont partake but it si there and will be for a long time.
but as to the root of your question.
Rich white men "english " wtrote the kings james version of the bible " the most widley used version and there by leading to some of the most widly held cristain beliefs. Of coucre there going to draw the picture of there god to look like them anybody would , we all wnat tpo feel like he is with and part of us. as humans we do it in the simplest ways.
simple fact all most all religions get the cultural identiey from the race that brought it around .... white guys highjacked crhist works so he is white and in ever race there is a man , a story , a fable where some on ewhonlooks like us is the hero or teacher.
In the ned nothing matters but his words

No one changed the color of Jesus; artists and some ignorant folks paint him the color they wish him to be.
But you must realize this; Jesus came from that part of the world where all the racial colors come together; he was not white, he was not black, he was not yellow, red, blue, or green.
He had what can be considered the Universal color of mankind; a sort of olive skin; a combination of the many colors.

Probably one of the many reasons God told us to not try and place limitations on HIS IMAGE with graven images.
I even choose to believe the Shroud of Turin to be fascinating but not an image of Christ as we were commanded to never create any images of Christ [Lest someone try to worship the object rather than the King Himself].
Therefore why would Christ Himself create / leave an image of himself after His death and resurrection?
If God told us to not create images of Him then obviously COLOR DIDN'T MATTER TO HIM, why should it matter to us what color He is?
There are far greater things to worry about, like SALVATION! Don't get caught up in personal issues.

Missing the Hebrew part.
The Children of Israel were a Semitic people, so of course they were dark!
Oh I love reading the Torah in Hebrew and we get to start from the beginning again soon!

Ever notice how he's always milk white and blue eyed? In some kiddy bibles, I've seen him blond and perfectly coifed, hehe.
I mean, he was probably pretty Middle Eastern looking, if you had to compare. Of course, considering today's accepted hatred of Islam (*sigh*), people HATE to hear that.

i honestly think that people are to set on the color of others when if you think about it we are all the same color on the inside. But i think that people change his color because it is easier to explain to little kids. other than that i dont know.

He wasn't describing the color of his skin, you revisionist racist jerk. Ever been to Israel and seen a Jew? I have. That was the color of Jesus' skin. You're right. It doesn't matter. Except to a race-baiter like you.
