I don't fry much any more, but today I decided to fry some cat fish, also made up some crab fritters. I slice my fish, put into orange juice let sit, then when oil is heated i flour them and add to hot oil., cook on both sides until goalden brown, put on rake to drain after cooking, my imatation crab meat i put in the left over oj, pull it a part, then drain , add to left over flour , make into small flat shapes, fry in same pan. I started using orange juice on that and also on skined chicken pieces . Makes a great golden color and really good. No eggs. With my fish cooked baked beans , macro. & cheese. I fry this couple times a month. Every one loves this. I made a Angel food cake also, Pem.

For breakast, I had a cup of tea with milk and sugar (yes, the Brit way) and some cinnamon-maple oatmeal. For lunch, mixed veggie and pasta salad with balsalmic vinegrette dressing (made it myself!) and a bottle of water. For dinner, I had a hot dog and a pop (I was shopping so I ate really unhealthy!).

Coco pop cereal, strawberry jelly, mixed rice crackers, vanilla yoghurt, shapes(BBQ flavoured), water, pop corns, starburst's juicy fruit gummies mix, trying to figure out what to eat next, either a lemonade ice block, or a frozen yoghurt, (or maybe both), I'm suprised that I'm still skinny as a stick!
