There are others, but I think that this says it all. God (Jesus) does ask why.

No because he is all knowing , yet when he look at some of the things his children might do, he is probable either, crying, laughing or in joy or proud of the things he may see his children do. Or maybe He just walk's away with a little laughs, shaking his head thinking to himself, What was that child trying to do , LOL,

He could, because he did make humans in his image, and we ask questions a lot, so he could possibly ask questions that he might already know just so he can ask for the sake of it.

God has no need to ask "Why?" He's omniscient. It would defeat the purpose.

No I doubt he does. He supposedly handed down his rules and just expects them to be blindly followed.

God knows all!!!!!!!!!!
He knows everything about us and the future.
He does not ask why .
