ALSO MOST ILLEGALS ARE NOT PAYED "UNDER THE TABLE" Most work in regular establishments and not in day jobs ... Over 90% are employed for companies like Wal-Mart, MacDonalds, and Chili's .... Also when they work in construction most work for a contractor (for years not days) that guess what ... he or she pays their taxes! If he didn't the IRS would take him to jail ...
So I found out two things ... one people don't know that Illegals are all around them, and two people don't know that contratcors actually for the most part pay taxes ....
I know a lot of illegals ... I married one my brother-in-laws are still illegals and they pay their taxes!

What taxes do illegals not pay in the US?
If they rent an apartment or a house they pay local & state taxes as well as special district taxes, school, city, county, and special hospital district taxes.
The pay all IRS taxes through fake social security cards
(if they make $20,000 a year a regular citizen making that money gets a nearly complete return ... they do not petition for a return since they do not file for taxes yet their companies still pay their taxes for them SO THE IRS KEEPS ALL THERE TAXES WITH NO RETURN... Companies are more scared of the IRS than Immigration)
Illegals are probably what is saving Social Security and Medicare from ruin since they pay in and do not get a return ...
So I am left asking why do people consider that they don't pay taxes ...
and since they pay tax they have as much right to use the facilities, hospitals, and schools as any other taxpayer...

Most of you are fools and you don't know a single illegal ...
They work at all the little places you go MacDonalds, Chili's, Bennigans ... Only a small fraction are day laborers ... and the 100s I have known over the years not one did not pay taxes ....
Next time you get you yard cut, have home build, see a highway being constructed, get a hamburger, order a steak ... now that an illegal is there paying taxes ...
The only conclusion that is left is that this "IDEA" was created by racist to infuriate an uneducated populous.

Where do you think a landlord gets his/her money from ... he/she renting the property ... do you think he just writes of the taxes as a loss ... he/she makes the tenant pay him/her more to cover any and all taxes ...
Also if you are renting any properties please contact me ... I would love to just pay rent and no taxes ... Since you will be paying them for me ....

if you pay the IRS and claim single zero dependents they don't mess with you ...
if you claim many dependents and don't file then they come after you ...

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE NAIVELY EXCEPT THE NOTION THAT LARGE COMPANIES DO NOT HIRE ILLEGALS ... They do it all the time ... nearly every illegal I know works in some form of food service ... some McDonald's are nothing but illegals ...
I can't believe you all trust that these companies hire only legals ... at the end of the year the IRS contacts them and says that their employees numbers do not match then the employer informs the employee and the issue just dies ... the illegal continues to work and everybody including the IRS are happy about it...

Do you directly pay tax on your rent? The owner of the property pays the tax as income. The owner of the property has to be legal and pay taxes or they will eventually be caught up with.
Most illegals do one of three things, have no tax id and cannot pay income tax (under the table), or they get a tax id as a private contractor, or they get a fake tax or social security number to pay taxes.
All individuals who live in America pay taxes one way or another. It's the ones that get paid under the table, or the ones that get fake or stolen numbers and do not really pay that most people are concerned about.
Also the individuals that have never paid into the system that take from it in the form of welfare, food stamps, medicare, and social security that piss people off. Many (NOT ALL) move here, have babies, then live off the system.

Though SOME get by the system by lieing about their status, or fake numbers, these companies are required to report all employees to the IRS for tax purposes and would soon be out of business. Do your brothers in law claim 1 or 40 dependents? If they only claim 1 they are fools because they are not submitting a return in April and have no accountability. Ask them.
I'll bet they are minimizing their deductions and getting a FULL paycheck by claiming a million dependents.
Also, folks getting paid under 25K / year hardly pay anything anyway.
You said the contractors deduct because they are afraid of going to jail. Shouldn't that fear be placed on illegal immigrants rather than job creating citizens? But it is not since they don't even file a return (by your own admission) . Do you dare let April 15 pass without filing - I doubt it.
Personally, I don't blame them. I blame the government which is pursuing a globalist agenda rather than protecting the borders of the US
You have a point, but being low earners, they probably have little or nothing taken out anyway.

I have a question. If they are such great citizens then why don't they just go fill out the paperwork to become a LEGAL immigrant? I don't care if they come here and do whatever. Just stop at the office at the border and say "Hey, I'd like to live here." They will not say no. Everything will even be in spanish for them. Instead a fraction of them are doing what you described but many are sucking us dry. Working under the table, sending the money back to mexico which hurts our economy, not paying major taxes and bills, making us have to have this discussion in the first place, etc. Why is it so hard to do it legally? If they are not gaining from it financially or however, then why would they do it? They are also draining our education system by making us implement ESL classes, print everything in spanish, etc. The US is the melting pot that lets in everyone. You don't see us flocking to Canada to take advantage of their healthcare, etc illegally. And if we decide to move to Germany or wherever we are expected to follow their rules and adapt to their language. Why can't they just be LEGAL!! It would save everyone, themselves included, a lot of problems.

Gee next time I see all those jobs being done I will know I didn't get the job because I didn't speak Spanish. So blow off illegals are illegal and need to go home I did a lot of the types of jobs you say are done by illegals and now have no chance to get hired becasuse I only speak English. Maybe I should go to Mexico and take your uncles job and demand rights he can't get in his own country. I'll start with one just at the top of my head,everyone in the border states pay auto license plate taxes,insurance and driving license,illegals are living,working,driving,and picking up their kids from US schools with mexico license plates,some plates expired for as much as one year,our vehicles have to pass inspection every year,while their's do not and when they have an accident, they cry like banshees and take out the Ol' Race Card,if you want to stick your head in the sand and pretend illegals pay as much as US citizens go right ahead,but you are only fooling yourself,how many illegals have been audited or how many even care april 15 came and passed,all they have to do is steal another social security number if the IRS gets after them

Regardless if they pay taxes or not - they are illegal. You use the word yourself. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY.
You can't decide that you don't like a law, so you break it because you don't like it. Facts are facts - breaking the law in this country is punishable by the penalty that is dictated by the courts. According to the laws of this land, if you are in this country, legal or not, and you are NOT a citizen of this country, and you break one of our laws, then you are deported. END OF STORY.
So to give you the Cliff Notes version - Illegal immigrants are in this country illegally, breaking the laws of this land. They are NOT citizens, so they must be deported.

You could go on for 10,000 more words... they are STILL ILLEGAL... And I noticed that you necklaced the Earned Income Tax Credit.... They simply claim enough dependents so that taxes aren't with held and then claim the Credit... It is paid right into their paycheck.

i have worked with illegals and believe me the taxes they pay are considerably lower then what i paid!! i made more money on the hour then they did and they STILL brought home more then i did....you think they are helping our economy?? they are sending the majority of the money they make back to Mexico...They want rights but they do not like to contribute!!!

Why does it matter whether or not they pay taxes...they are here ILLEGALLY!!! There are legal ways to immigrate, and they chose NOT to abide by these laws. Why in the world would paying taxes justify this???
