Here's a quick clue: if you translate these words they will tell you instantly whether they are masculine or feminine.
Most feminine nouns end in 'a' and most masculine nouns end in 'o'. But there are exceptions, so first figure out what the word means. For example, mi hermana means my sister. And sister is obviously going to be feminine.

you can tell because "las" which is one of the words that means "the" is used for plural feminine words, "la" for singular feminine words, the other words on your choices, are masculine words because they have "el" or "los" for the word "the"
