also she and her bf do not talk, the guy just giuves her a love note, she says yes, then they dont even do anything together.

My advice to you is when a girl is taken do not mess with her go find someone else and when this girl is free then you can pursuit things, but you're disrespecting her relationship and her boyfriend by hitting on her.
