People tend to lose the pigmentation in their hair the older they get. Some people though, like albinos, don't have pigmentation at all & so their hair, like their skin, is very, very light. Everyone loses that hair pigment at a different rate. My mother had to start dying her hair at 13 because of all the grey hair. I, on the other hand, am almost 30 & only have a few. Some people are born with a patch of white hair, just like a birth mark.

Hey...I do not like that elder word. I have 3 gray hairs and I am only 30.

They get gray hair because as you get older you hair color starts to fade away. Finally, it turns white, gray, or something like that.

It's just nature. You don't have to be old to get gray hair.

because of age...all people get gray hair when u hit your 30s-40s and up.....Most folks dye their hair up to 80 and then let it go blue grey white.
