Whenever I think too hard (like taking a test) and even just at random times, and I feel something weird flowing through my head. Could it be blood? It goes away whenever I touch my head, but it comes back right away
This was a problem since Christmas 2005...when I smoked 2 blunts and got high...
PS. I don't smoke anymore. Last time I smoked was 3 months ago.

You may have an aneurysm. Get it checked out by a doctor as soon as possible.

First of all, drugs destroys your brain cells. An if you think they will be repaired or come back you are not very smart.
The symptoms that you describe don't sound all that good.
You should take yourself to your personal doctor or emergency room and be honest about what you were smoking as they really need to know.
Only a "CAT" SCAN or "MRI", is going to show the true picture of what is going on in your brain.
