Does brisk walking work the butt muscles? I would like to get a smaller butt and I do walk for an hour everyday. What other exercises can I do to make my butt smaller?
Thanks

Walking is great for your butt as well as your thighs, calves and waist.

You can do lunges and squats. They really help to tone the butt area.

Walking works these muscles: heart, quads, hamstrings, inner/outer thighs, glutes. This will make your buns smaller in the way that it will burn off the fat, and will firm your glutes and make those muscles firmer. Exercising makes the muscles tone up, but not disappear!

yes, so does climbing stairs, skiing. Walk with straight legs that works the butt more.
