Pancakes are basic: No measurements, Flour, water or milk, sugar, just a little bit, and a pinch of salt. Mix them all together till you get the right consistancy.
Great with lemon and sugar!!

you can buy mix that's in a plastic bottle and all you do is add water and shake it up then pour it straight out of the bottle. it's bisquik or something. shake and pour. yum!!
