Weight training and proper diet are the only sure-thing steps to take to improve your physique. Anything else is fad and hype, and could potentially harm you. Don't buy into the pills and crap, they are very dangerous, and even if they do work, you will gain any weight you lost back as soon as you are off them.
Sit-ups, flutter kicks, and push-ups are the best ways to build your upper body and core, and they don't require any equipment!

Hey guy, your 15 so your body is still developing so just be patience. I'm sure they have some programs at your school that can provide the results you're looking for. Don't be bother by the lead heads in the gym/school. if you consistently show up you'll get the respect. I understand being 15 with an awkward body. One thing that going to determine what you'll look like is whether you're an endomorph or ectomorph. Once this is determine you'll have a better idea on how to approach your training. OK, now here is the key to the whole thing and this is what causes people to fail every single time. YOU MUST HAVE THE DESIRE TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT, without that you'll never get the results you want.

Some of those fad infomercials really work. Check out some reviews at this link: http://www.fitnessinfomercialreview.com/ Ab Lounge and Ab Lounge 2 are supposedly good for an abs workout.

Go to Gym at school, get a couple of excercise magazines (not the big bulky bodybuilder mags, except for inspiration), take part in some physical activities.

hey I'm sixteen and am trying to get more fit too. the best way is to do sit-ups and push-ups. flutter kicking is a great lower ab exercise
do it for about a minute at first and increase as you get stronger. v sit -ups is a good full ab exercise do about five of those. good luck

Work out! Exercise! The only thing that got any exercise when asking this question was your fingers and maybe 5% of your brain trying to figure out how to ask the question!

keep working out your upper body...bench press (not your weight...but maybe start out at 55% of your weight)
do situps....lots of them. when you get tired...rest. try to do more the next time around.
do dumbbells...(curls)...do both arms...lift as much as you can...
give yourself a few days rest in between. you work out every day you increase your chance of getting hurt.
I was fifteen when I started...by the time I was 18 I was ripped.
good luck man.
