what if u where walking to ur house and it was burning from a fire that some 1 else started and all u had was like a 10$ what would u do...... and u where like 13, 14 years old and cant have a job...

In your case...I would say run into the burning house and sit down in a chair that is currently not burning and wait to see if someone with $20 comes by and decides to save you.
By the way, your "question" as you so call it makes absolutely no sense.
