and does kindness really 'kill' a hateful person? not literally but inside, are they fuming when your nice to them? does it make them even More mad and angry? What do you think?

The Bible tells us to be kind to our enemies and it will be like heaping hot coals upon their heads. That's where we get the expression. It means don't lower yourself to the level of having to e mean or catty to get to them. If you are nice to most people who are ugly to you they'll feel bad or at least frustrated and you haven't compromised yourself.

I like that, usually I try to do that. And, Yes, I think it makes them even more angry. And in a way it could be killing them now that I think about it because it could cause them to have high blood pressure, so is it a good idea really? Hmmmm. Naaa, I don't think it'd cause that much harm.

You're off base. You can 'kill with kindness' someone who is not really mean but just defensive. If you try this method on a truly mean person, they will only laugh at you.
As you develop judgment skills you can best determine whom to be kind to and whom to give a hard time when someone is less than correct in their behavior toward you.

true story
when i was a teenager , another girl wanted something i had
so she decided to beat me up to get it
she slapped me ... and again ... and again ...
i stood there ( it was painful ) i didnt cry and i didnt give in
she really didnt know what to do
so she began to cry more and more with each slap
she walked away red faced and without the thing she wanted from me
i walked away with a sore face but head held high

yes... if someone slaps you on your left cheek, offer them to slap you on the other... be nice and you'll burn the other person... yes kindness really kills the hateful person...
