Supplements will not help you gain muscle. Muscles grow when they are stimulated frequently by nerves. The nerves release not only the 'neurotransmitter' that signals the muscle to contract but also a 'neuromodulator' that helps regulate growth. There isn't anything that will substitute for the neuromodulator. What's more even if we had something that could it would be very difficult to deliver it to the small space (synapse) where the nerve connects to the muscle.
Nutrition does play a role in that you need adequate protein and vitamins to support muscle growth. That's not usually a problem and eating more than you need won't really help.

After trying everything in the last 15 years, I have found that eggwhites, Beef, Chicken, and milk are the best things you can take to gain muscle.
Supliments aren't real food. Eat Muscle to grow muscle.
As far as geting big muscles, lift constantly heavy weights, and always be struggling to finish each set.

Working out, a lot, building muscle can take awhile and be hard work, but don't over do it. Work out until your muscles are tired, but if they start getting sore, stop and take a break because the old saying "No pain, no gain" is bull.
Also, how many reps you can do is more important than how much weight you can lift.
Also, low carbs, high protein.

There are no supplements that will give you big muscles, this is done by hard work with weight training and eating healthy. Any "supplement" that even hints to do this is not going to be a good thing.

You get big muscles from working out a lot, not from what you eat. The only thing is steroids, but those are generally illegal.

Try pro-hormones. But, I know that most of the good ones have been banned. You can always fall back on lifting weights.

Go to the book store & get some books on body building. Alot of bodybuilders have their own books written about their own experiences & they will tell you how they did it.
