You could try but I doubt you could outrun the hounds of Hell. Why not instead just try to take over for yourself? Make some changes, spruce up the place.

If the gates of hell is the first thing I would see after I had dropped dead. I would be horrified . It would be the true sign that I had gone to hell. I would burn in the eternal fires of hell. There is no turning back , or no U turns. I would continually suffer and cry and grind my teeth, throughout eternity. There would be no end. It would be my reality, that I would not see God and the beginning of my hell and torture. Once I would have reached the gates of hell, I would be silent only until the burning started and then my crying would never end. There would be no time to repent.

Well, I believe in God so I don't expect to see the gates of Hell. I believe I will go straight to Heaven even though I am a sinner, thank God I am forgiven. A high price was paid for me and you.

there are 3 death survivors who tell exactly that story and it is pretty scary the stories they tell being unknown to each other telling very similar stories. Note their families saw huge differances in their personalities. The hell they described sounds way worse than a lake of fire,

No - I'd walk in and realize I was right for rejecting a god that would allow such a place and punish his children. I'd then settle down and join my brothers and sisters in compassion and try to stay in hell forever to help the suffering there. I would try to have compassion for an evil and horribly ego-like god that feels a need to do these things.

Too late for that then, might as well go check out the place and see if all the stories are true, and say Hi to all my friends and relatives.
