is this a serious post?? Are you in some kind of religious organisastion that made you wait so long?????
What you should wear depends on where you are going! Are you going 10 pin bowling> wear jeansshirt/t-shirt/trainers - but not if youre wearing a shirt
are you going to a restaurant? a suit or a smart shirt/trousers/tuxedo???
Are you goign to the pub casual yet smart trousers, and shirt
are you going to the cinema -wear what ever you like?? just make sure its clean and ironed
Rock concert - leather trousers, black shirt- tshirt.jeans (black of course!)
pizza hut/subway? something smart, yet casual, trasiners are ok
ice skating> jeans and a jumper (not scruffy ones)
skate park? - skate gear?
picnic int he park - casual
museum - casual
feeding the ducks? jeans etc
how close can you get? dont count your chickens before tjheyre hatched - DONT push it, force yourself on her, be over enthusiatic, holding hands is ok, once the evening? has got well under way - if she wants too - move too soon and she'll recoil away from you, what should you expect?? - NOTHING and the unexpected - go with the flow. just try to be friends get along with each other, have fun - and dont expect to get a kiss! - you can stop sweating now!!!!!!!!! Take it easy, dont push, take it at her pace - and if its too fast - just say so. I went out with a guy once, I was 16-17 he was 19 - I was his first time, he was very nervous etc, but the point is, he was very apprehensive, shy, embarrased, uncertain and nervous- I let him lie there, when it evcentaully came down to it, he was very apprehensive - but first time love always is.
If youi can get hold of a copy from napster of somewhere, Id listen to the song will you by Hazel o'connor - I feel this may help you. good luck

OK, first date etiquette: Wear something clean, pressed and nice. It doesn't have to be a name brand or something from 10 years before you were born. It does have to be clean.
You should get as close as her hand for now. Don't try to get into her panties because she'll think that's all you wanted from her.
You should expect to be treated with respect and dignity. Do the same for her. Go to the house to ask for her, open the car door for her, open the door to whatever building you're going to, pull out her chair for her, etc. Treat her like you want to be treated, and you'll do fine. You might be nervous, and you can tell her that, it's ok. Be yourself. Take a deep breath if you feel butterflies in your stomach to calm yourself. Keep your language clean, and remember your manners.
When the date is over, thank her for a good time, and ask if you can call on her again.
Above all, relax and have fun!

Aw! Exciting! :) Wear something casual, yet nice (for example, khakis & a polo shirt might make a better first impression than jeans and a T-shirt)...girls notice when you "dress up" a little for them! Wear an undershirt underneath your shirt in case you sweat through it...I've definitely done this, and take my word for it...you don't want to. :) Make sure you've taken a shower, combed your hair, brushed your teeth, and maybe even put on a *little* bit of cologne so that you smell good.
If the date goes well, give your girl a short, sweet kiss at the end of the night...I always think that goodnight kisses are a sign that the date went well, but I think it's classy when guys don't try to go any farther than that on the first date....it keeps the mystery in the relationship & makes me want to see them again!
Good luck...and have fun!!

Honey good for you I wish you the best. The first dates are a little scary. First find out where you are going and dress for the occasion. First off don't get to pushy.and take it slow, let her make some of the first moves. You don't want to scare her away, then take it from there. Just take things natural, thing will fall into place. Hope you have a wonderful time. Glad you waited til you were that age you are more mature and can be more casual withyour date. Hope all goes well / Keep us posted. God Bless you and your date.

Depends on where you are going. If out to a basic restaurant/movie thing, maybe some khakis & a nice shirt.
Just make nice conversation. Don't try anything (if you do on a first date, you'll look like a pig!) If everything goes well, walk her to her door at the end of the evening & give a polite kiss on her cheek.

just relax, don't overthink it too much, try and respect her "space", but look for clues like she's moving closer, or touching you a lot. That's a sign that it's okay to get close. Just try to make her feel comfortable around you. First date should lay the groundwork for the second and third dates where you can start to make your move.

Best thing, be yourself and dress casual. I'd recommend kaki pants and a t-shirt or polo/golf shirt, tennis shoes or sandals.
Be yourself. Don't get too close but touching her hand is nice and not too forward.
A little at a time, you'll learn about her and she will learn about you. What takes time...creates the best memories.

seriously...wear something you know you look nice in, but don't dress up too much if you aren't going somewhere fancy. if she really likes you, you'll probably get close enough to hold hands or kiss goodnight, but don't expect anything and then you will be pleasantly suprised by what you get if you get it and won't be angry if you don't...good luck! I hope it is a fantastic date.
