but i want to go out with him
dotn tell me to ask him out

He has been like totally flirting with you!! But to tell you the truth he might or might not like you. I went through a similiar situation. Last year i was really good friends with this boy. and we would always flirt with each other. I was falling for him badly. We were so immature cause we even got to the point of pretending he was my hubby and my bf was our daughter ( i was a 9th grader last year. so you can see up to wat point things got). well it turned out that he didnt like me. he just considered me like a best friend or a sis. So basically what im trying to tell you is that you cant really tell if he likes you or not unless you hear it from his best friend or himself. I would be more than happy to talk to him for you. lol. no, you can't be like that. why would you have someone else talk to him for you.? you'll never get anything in life with that kind of attitude. if you like him, tell him. if you want him to go out with him, tell him. what's the worse that could happen? maybe he will say no, but then at least you'll know and you'll be able to move on to the next person of interest. but this shy, beatin' around the bush, kinda attitude won't do!!!!

Flirt with other boys. You will either find out that he likes you or he doesn't . Time will tell. I had a guy friend that did the same thing to me. He is now dating one of my friends and has been for 2 years. He was just that kind of guy. you just need to make your own decisions. If you like him tell him.
