having trouble starting a game after installing it?

ok well i installed a game and when i try'd to run it. it says it has a fatal error and says that Direct3D acceleration is disabled... and i checked and it is enabled but it still wont play... so what should i do? oh and i tested Direct3D and its working

Hi, M1crosoft support here. First, re-install Windows. Then, if that doesn't work, buy a new computer with Windows pre-installed. Hope that helps.
