This is a condensed story about my coma.
After a bout with pneumonia my lungs collapsed and I fell to the floor. There was no one around and so I stopped breathing and turned blue. When My wife came home from the store she called EMS but it was too late and I went into a coma for two weeks. I had experienced what seemed to be out of body experience where I traveled to parts of the world. The doctors had given up on my return and I was administered "Last Rites" as is now called "Sacraments of the Sick". There was a time in the coma that I remember very vividly. It was in a darkness and I had no body but I was just a consciousness. There was a voice I heard in the distance that said "There is only one God tell the world" I remember thinking what is the name and the voice said "There is no name". I felt the energy leaving and so I thought "Can you get me out of this?" and "I want to live" and so just after that I awoke from the coma. At first I didn't know where I was or where I had been but the memory of it all came to me the next day because it was so real. It was the craziest thing that ever happened to me. I had to go through a few weeks of serious physical therapy just to learn how to walk again. It was really so strange because I didn't really believe in God much before this all happened. I guess it wasn't my time to go.
There is much more to the story but I didn't want to get long winded about it so I hope this gives you an idea.

Everyone I knew in a coma never came out of it. I think I was close to a coma a few times when I did the "party hardy" thing!

Just go to sleep for a week and find out. You'll need rehab for your body to get it going again and depending on what got you in a coma in the first place, you may need to learn how to walk and speak again...that's about it.
