ok, so i like this guy at my school, situation one: i'm a shy girl and so i don't really just go up to guys and just talk to them especially that he kinda knows because my friend told him but i like him but how do i talk to him without making it seem that i like him. i have him in like 3 classes note: i'm the shyest girl in the world. situation 2: i have a crush on this guy he's a little preppy except not really and he is hot..i don't think he has any girlfriend. i'm reallly shy even if i'm just sitting by him, my hands get really cold and my heart beats faster. what should i do??

You gotta stop beating around the bush. How amazing would it be if you just went totally out-of-character and approached this guy? He'd be shocked at your confidence - and completely impressed! And once you've done it once, it'll be easier to do it again. You can't be shy forever, kid.
Good luck. I know it sounds mental to even imagine yourself doing something like this, but what have you got to lose? Believe in yourself -- you only live once, right?

The only way u get away from your shyness is to face your fear. I used to be shy along time ago. You could start by saying small things - like for starters say "Hi" and see how that goes. Each time u should feel a little more comfortable. Next time u could say "Hi - How are you". & go from there. You'll know by his response if he is interested or not. If you don't make your move - someone else might - & u may lose him all together & regret not trying. I know it's hard. I work with a girl -who likes someone & she has the same problem. She's almost 40. You have to take steps to overcome your shyness or you'll be like my co-worker when you get older - never overcoming it. Losing out in what life has to offer you. But - don't be hard on yourself - if u get nervous or feel like u said something stupid - just keep trying - it's okay - everybody fumbles & makes mistakes - just keep trying & you'll get better. Practise makes perfect. Good Luck!

Try not to be shy. Be calm. When you talk to him, think positive. Practice trying not to be shy. Hate to brag, but my sister and I are the most NON shy people in the world. We would talk to people even if we don't know them. ( only some though) Good luck!

OMG IM IN THE SAME SITUATION!! My friend told my crush that i lyk him. Im not shy but he is shy. I think you should just talk to him and dun be all hyper. Get to kno him betta. Just ask him bout the if u lyk me thing when you think you guys are ready NOTE: ask when he is NOT when his friend or you are NOT with yr friend .
