No federal or state tax monies can be spent on non-U.S. citizens in any way. No free public schools, no welfare, no health care, nothing. Here illegally? You better bring a sombrero full of money until you make your own.

I wouldn't so much add things as I would change them. I'd like to make the following changes.
1. Amend the Commerce Clause in Article I, Sec. 8. to greatly restrict Congress's power to regulate the economy. This clause has been abused and stretched to unreasonable limits. It was originally meant to remove trade barriers between states, but it is now interpreted as authorizing Congress to set the price of wheat or to prevent states from legalizing marijuana. The Commerce Clause should be re-written to restore it to its original purpose and to prevent it from being misinterpreted again.
2. Amend the Second Amendment to unambiguously protect the individual right to keep and bear arms.
3. Add an amendment to make it clear that the Preamble to Constitution confers no powers. The Preamble was meant to simply explain why the Constitution was being made. It shouldn't be seen as a grant of authority.
4. Repeal the 16th Amendment so we can get rid of the income tax. Having to report your income and expenditures to the government is overly intrusive.
5. Amend the 9th and 14th Amendment to make it clear that all actions which do not infringe on the rights of others are not subject to government regulation or prohibition.

Bound's hubby here:
The one provision I would add would be a limitation on Congressional terms.
I would limit any limit any person running for Congress to a maximum of 3 terms (6 years) as a member of the House of Representatives, and 2 terms (12 years) as a member of the Senate.
Currently, the members of Congress have placed themselves in a position above the electorate as a privileged elite. To say that members of Congress have lost touch with the people is an understatement! Congressmen have built themselves a dynasty that is funded not only by the tax-payer, but also by lobbyists and the wealthy who have proven that they can purchase their representation.

Term limits for house and senate.
Get rid of the career blood sucking maggots that are up there to line their own pockets.
Line item veto for the president.
If the congress can't cut the pork out of a bill, then give the president an opportunity.
No special retirement plans for politicians. They get social security like everyone else. If it is broke, then fix it.

yea police must treat rape victim that its not they fault. if I could add one law it would be that officer would not assume rape was their fault. but treat us like victims rather then criminal's. They try to arrest us for it. The second when a mother calls a missing person report I would like where a daughter would be heard as well that they would not have the attuide the mother is always right. they could have laws to protect the daughter where there would not be fause arrest. In other words domestic violence this is what I would like to see change.

I don't have anything to add, but I do have one that should be taken away when someone is accused of or a suspect of homicide, abuse, and rape. This amendment is the fifth. I believe if you are really innocent then what do you have to hide?!!

I'd make some sort of ammendment that would force U.S. citizens to not be so insular. For example, mandatory trips abroad, mandatory second language study, mandatory field trips to churches/temples/mosques of all major faiths, etc.
