Is this your pill?

If so, it is a Bupap tablet with 50 mgs of Butalbital and 650 mgs of acetamenephin in it. It is used primarily for migraines. Butalbital is a barbituate, so it will cause drowsiness. The blue hydrocodone tablets (which are 10 mgs) look like this: http://www.wallsrx.com/services/cpident.cfm?CPNum=852&folder=034&photo=hydr010b

Might be Strattera, an ADD pill. I wouldn't take it unless you want to be EXTREMELY focused for the next 24 hours...

Possibly:

Acetaminophen; Butalbital tablets or capsules:
What are Acetaminophen; Butalbital tablets or capsules? ACETAMINOPHEN; BUTALBITAL (Sedapap® and others) is a combination product used to treat certain types of headaches.

Regardless, if it wasn't prescribed to you, just throw it away.

I would say either Xanexx(don't know if I spelled it right), or Unisom which is a sleep med over the counter.
