At first site your just not attracted to someone and you don't like their accent and yada yada but you don't really know what their like on the inside. You know...their personality and all. Do you just say i'm not interested or do you give it a chance and get to know them before you make a decision?

I am soooo uninterestd in marriage right now. Maybe i'm just shallow i dunno but i just have so many other things I want to do.

i got to know a guy for eight long years... in a lot of ways, he wasn't what i thought would be my "ideal guy". he was my best friend for eight years, and really sweet. i just grew closer to him as the years went on. he asked me how i felt about him one night, after a really fun ("friend") date of movies, olive garden, and bowling. i knew he liked me because he asked how i felt about him and was giggling like a schoolboy. i was kinda thrown off guard (i never in a million years thought he'd like me) and later (after praying about it) hinted at him that he should ask me out. we're now married. you should always get to know people because looks and first impressions can be decieving. i didn't think that he was ideal for me then, but now i can't think of anyone but him being ideal for me! :)

You always give others a chance because you would want the same in return. You also don't want to come across as shallow, insensitive and judgmental.

relationships are never guaranteed and need to be culminated, just like a love interest , but if there is just nothing to keep you interested then move on

well i go for both looks and personality...
but i think you should give him one chance, but if he's a boring sod then end it before he falls even deeper for you...

people dont want to admit this...girls especially but looks do matter to an extent...if ur not attracted then it will never work.
