Where in the tundra - my take is that yes, people do get lost in the tundra. It is an endless series of pools of water and frozen perma frost with very few land marks.
What do people do when lost in the tundra - I think at first they wander around mumbling incoherently !.

So she spelled "wear" wrong... Get over it! How many of you have never made a typo, or have always had perfect spelling?
And maybe she doesn't know the difference between "wear" and "where". It could be that she didn't grow up with English as her native language, or maybe she's really young, or maybe she just plain sucks at spelling. If you understood the question, which I'm pretty sure most of you did, then it shouldn't matter. Come on, guys... I've seen English butchered way worse than this. At least try to be nice to each other.
Forgive my tirade... I'm kind of sick of seeing people being treated badly. :P
