You can't be a doctor right out of high school! After high school, you have to go to college, then apply for medical school. If college is 30K a year, and suppose medical school is 60K a year, you're looking at 360K. That's offset by (minimal) stipends paid for your one year internship and two years residency, but not by much.

150-200k
You'll need 4 years of pre-med. And then 4 years of med school, and 2 years in residency.
You'll need to maintain a high grade point average to get into pre-med and then again into medschool.

I have no clear numbers for oyu but an advice
it worth every single dollar you spend on it.
its very rewarding both spiritually to be there to help people, indeed you will ENJOY working (not like many others who hate their jobs), &it is rewarding financially, first year after your specialization you must be able to pay back every single penny you borowed for schooling.
also you will have many many many specialities to choose from so I am sure you will find something that fits you.
go for it, go for it, go for it.

Er, I don't think you can, unless you go to another country with less strict standards in the medical field.
