It's based on the moon calendar. When it starts in Arabia, it will be a matter of hours before it starts in Texas.

September 25th since in india it starts on 24th.... and in texas...particulary San Antonio where i live it says it starts like almost 12 hours later. SO yea. I hope this helps but u might wanna check out a couple websites if u have that strict rule when u must start at exactly the right time as well...good luck! hope my answer helped..

September 25. It starts in Saudi Arabia Sept.24 Since ther is a time difference, USA starts Sept 25
