Ok well the guy i am prefering to is my crush and i wanted to give it a shot and I asked him out but he replied no.. but that was like 4 weeks ago.. now he stares at me like for a long time after that. Is he shy to talk to me or does he like me?

Maybe he's having second thoughts about saying no. Try asking again and if he says no just leave it alone.

You should ask him how he feels cause he seems quite strange. Why should he be staring at you after declining ur offer to go out with him. He should've been honoured and told u yes but rather he did the opposite. Why are you still concerning urself with him anywayz? I would think that after having that done to u, u would've move on with ur life cause he's certainly not worth the attention which u r attributing to him.

Why could a guy be staring at a woman? a)she has huge boobs. b)her *** is all precise c)he needs an one night stand along with her and then will merely unload her d)all the above(lol)^ sure he likes you,merely beware who're you giving possibilities to,reason (in case you decide on my opinion) i never liked people being overconfident. cheers

My guess is that he likes you and he is afraid to ask you out because he said no to you 4 weeks ago. The only way to resolve this is if you ask him out again.
