There is an "alcohol free" beer called Kaliber, but if you read the label, it actually has 0.05% alcohol volume.

Wine coolers have the lowest alcohol content. Lots of sugar so you feel a little "something" because of the sugar high along with the low alcohol content.
If you want a mixed drink with liquor, ask for a "tall". Same amount of alcohol (typically one shot), but they will use a larger glass so it means more of the mixer (juice, pop, tonic, etc.).
Also, stick with "well" drinks rather than the more expensive liquors. To make more of a profit, servers/bartenders will ask you what type of liquor... example: if you order a rum and coke, they will try to get you to ask for Bacardi, Capt Morgan etc. Just say "well".
Drink a glass of water between every drink.

Beer has the least alcohol among the alcholic drinks. That's why people drink so much of it, and get beer bellies. I like ERuropean beers that contain more alchohol. But I drink very little of it.

I always like white wine. Just add From a half an inch to half a glass of the wine and then fill the glass with soda. Very refreshing.
