Well, if you are under the age of 18 in most states it is not legal for a parent to kick you out of your home with out giving you an option to stay somewhere else. You must have done something pretty bad to have gotten kicked out so, maybe you should really think that what you have done or are doing is really worth ruining your life over, you only live once and if you died tomorrow would you have any regrets about your life. The law states you can turn your parents into the county if they kick you out and your under 18, if you are over 18 you dont have much of a choice but to stay in a shelter. You can contact a local police station and they will give you a couple of choices also in every state there is govt housing called hud housing you can look in the phone book and find one they will put you on a waiting list and as long as you have a job they will let you live at your own apartment base on your monthly income. I have been through this and lived on my own at 15 but realized I was in the wrong and selfish. Turn to god for help, he will guide you.

Sweetie, If You Can Not Work Something Out With Your parents, in The City That You Live Or In Neighboring Cities there Should Be Shelters For Teens. The YMCA And The YWCA Are Also Good Places To turn For help. But The First Thing I Would Do Is To Sit Down And Have A Heart To heart With Your Parents And Be Honest And Open. There Is Always A Way To Work Things Out. God Bless You Child. I Will Be Praying For You.

Go out get a job and then get an apartment and stop using and GROW UP.
Good for your parents. At a certain age living at home becomes a priveledge, you break the rules and that is what happens. It is nice to know that not all parents are enablers. Your parents are very responsible.
This is perfectly legal in some states for parents to kick their kids out when they are old enough to get a job and support themselves.

Go to a shelter.
In the front of most phone books, they have a couple pages for things like Police, Welfare, Etc... There should be a listing for the local shelter. Or, check the yellow pages.
Since you are just 16, you should call the local and/or national runaway hotline. The number would be in the same place. Kids would get a better deal than the local shelter can provide.

You are 17 and we all do bad stuff at 17. But that doesn't mean you will be doing bad stuff all your life. Make it up with your parents. Try hard to reconcile. They really do love you and I imagine they are just at the end of their tether with you. Try a bit harder to be a good girl and eventually that will be the person you become. Its not good or big to do drugs. The trouble you are in now is probably because of them, so where have they got you.
Be brave, say you are sorry. Given time you may mean it.

But why are they kicking you out? There has to be a reason. If you've got nowhere to go, I'd say abide by their rules. Otherwise, you will end up in a shelter, and those can be worse than the actual streets themselves. Good luck to you.

First you go to a shelter. From there the social workers should be able to rig some emergency housing for you.
After that you can sort out your budgets and sort out some permanent housing.
I would attempt reconciliation with your parents first though, that is likely to be the first think the social workers suggest.

Depending on your age, find a shelter you can stay at. Are you from the states? I'm not sure of the child laws there, but maybe call a help line of some sort to find out what resourses are available to you. Good luck!

First off are you under age? If so you can go to your local welfare office and they will direct you in the right direction. If you are over the age of 18, you may have to see if there is a mission or womens shelter nearby. You could also contact the local churches to see if there is someone who is willing to help, or if there is possibly someone that needs a live in nanny or care taker.
