It depends on the age, race, gender and type of cancer you're talking about. It also depends somewhat on which precancerous conditions and nonagressive cancers you you include.

I think it can't be counted , because there are many people found get cancer everyminute, ,Atually all of us have cancer cells in our body,if we strong enough, we will never get cancer.

Everyone can get cancer, in fact we all have cancer is just not fully develop! That is why it is so important that we get checked for any abmormal growth cell.
