Do wherever you have to do to keep your relationship with your significant other in good shape and have faith on each other feelings. If you guys are really belong to each other, you will do anything to stay together, no matter what happens. talk to them on the phone or online. Maybe send mail to each other too, there's nothing wrong with spending a few minutes to write.
Or maybe you should simply see them on Monday or the weekends if you have no other choice.
