We just try to ignore the midwestern rednecks. Even other Americans are aware that their intelligence is below average. Don't talk to people like them. They don't reflect real Americans. Surprisingly, our president is from that area and he is the worst president we have ever had. Talk to people who live in important, large cities or live near the coast.
