Best liquer well high end whickys I suppose. High end vodkas are still not very much better. As with a whisky it can be aged and you can tell the better taste with a high dollar whisky.

BEST is relative and subjective, and here you'll get opinions, not many stats.
Legal is questionable in that the one who buys or consumes, should be of legal age,,, though many old enough to consume, abuse anything they ingest.
The US: This country also imports, and for my dollar I'll take a Scotch, single malt, over 10 years old, if I want hard drinks. I stopped that years ago however, and I'm happy with 5% Beer.

Ken says for the bucks it's Crown Royal but I have to stick with Jack Daniels black with a beer back!
