I like him ALOT and i am pretty sure he likes me back. I would really like to be his gf. But, alot of girls like him. He and I hang out ALOT. We have played basketball together and talked for two hours one time. I invited him to a volleyball game, but he couldn't come cause of a family crisis.

Well, if you like him back, email him a joke someone else has sent you. Be sure to smile at him every time you see him.
Depending on your age, you could have someone else give him a hint.

Look at him after 15 minutes and 37 seconds of being in the same room, if he blinks twice, then click his tongue, he totally has a thing for you.
