I think this has more to do with religion than anything else. Mexico is a catholic country. Approximately 96% of the population is catholic. They don't tend to date as much let alone sleep with as many partners as Americans. Usually their first relationship ends in marriage.
They aren't supposed to sleep around as well. The condom is so they don't stop pregnancies, not because of diseases. They are only supposed to be having sex with their spouses, disease is not an issue.
Btw since you are adding more as people reply. I am not generalizing. I am only telling what I believe is the reason why they have less venereal diseases. Every religion has those that are not devout, they may go to church every Sunday but that doesn't mean they completely follow the Church's rules to the letter. Remember prostitution is legal in Mexico so that alone is totally against the church.

Your first one states HISPANICS. Yes - Mexicans are Hispanics, but so are Puerto Ricans, Brazilians, Panamanians, etc. So the point there is moot.
Your second one tells why - intravenous drug use in the US is considerably higher because in the US one has more money on average and can afford to start using. Not to mention due to the money situation, Americans have access to needles and syringes. To put it simply for you: Mexicans can't afford to be intravenous drug users.
I guess I would like to know what this has to do with the price of tea in China. . .

Aids hits every ethnic group not just Mexicans. Its because our health care system sux and some guy decided to get it on with a monkey. Gonorrhea is from sheep.People need to NOT have sex with animals . Stop getting off with animals and use your hand and your imagination. Sickos.

Wow...ur silly. Since percentages can be misleading I'm sure that "per capita" this is not so. I believe the population of the US is higher than that of Mexico...in turn their would be more AIDS cases in the US.

Good for you. I'm glad Mexico has the terrible disease under control. I suggest you move to Mexico. Take 5 or 10 million of your closest friends with you, preferably the illegal ones that should leave anyway. They obviously mistook the US as someplace less backward than Mexico. Spread the word! As they all venture to Mexico, I will personally stand at the border congratulating each and every one of them for making the wise choice of moving to Mexico. Unless they're not Mexican. Mexican immigration laws are ruthless, and would definitely result in their deportation and/or other reprisals.

I don't think they have bath houses in Mexico, it is mostly men that are spreading it in the U.S. men having sex with men, bisexuals having sex with women and men, and drug users also spreading it. And our population is huge compared to Mexico's. We now have 300 million Americans now, and that is not counting the illegals.

who knows who has a higher aids rate..the Mexicans cant afford to go to the doctor to get tested and when they sneak into the USA the border patrol cant test them since they are illegal..if they was to come here the right way through customs they would be tested for all sorts of diseases they go through all kinds of tests to become legal..back ground check. health check up..the illegals bring all kinds of diseases here not just aids..
