What Effect Do You Think It Would Have Had????

Question

On the world if you had never been born???

Hypothetically speaking, as none of us have any way of knowing.

You are all extremely important to those around you and to society in your own way. How do you think your corner of the world would be different?

if i hadnt been born hhmm...
my mother would have had no one during a time she really needed someone ... although i was young , i was there for her
in my own little way i have helped people with grief and depression .. i wouldnt like to think what would have happened on some occasions had i not been there
just little things but they add up to me being important to some people for various reasons
however i value each and every person that has came into my life ... for the small things that have added up to them having great importance also
we all matter .. we are all needed in this world ( even if it is only to a handful of people )

Mr. Duchovny,
I figure that the world would have been a lot better off, EXCEPT for those things that God had me do. Otherwise, there are better people than I occupying space.


EDIT:
1) I see people who have a sense of family. It seems to never enter into their minds what it would be like to lose it. I know what it's like to lose it. And thus I'm 'stretched' into the realm of knowing that kind of loss. Adoption never cured it, and could have made it worse.

2) I see people who are able to do much greater things than I can, both the money necessary, the time abundant and well planned. They feed and clothe many, they spread the word more efficiently, and I can only do this thing on places like this.

3) Being a molested former child, I find peace in solitude. When I am in contact with people, I am guarded, though typically social enough to talk like most half sane people. I am not relaxed until I'm away from them though.

In all of this, it looks like I pretty much SHOULD stay apart. But what GOOD is that for others? What benefit to the world have I brought? Not much if anything.

Yet, I am here. And here I work for God. And the other things that I do for God gets me into things I would normally would not have done. I can only hope that I serve Him well. If not, I really have wasted everything.

My sister probably would have ended up in foster care. My husband might not have ever married, I guess. I'm not sure I'm as pivotal to other people in my life.

I think I infuse a little love and laughter wherever I go, but the universe would still manage without me. ;o)

I am reaching out to people, and I am a good friend. My world's corner would miss a good friend, a friend of God.

And my daughter would not have been born. That would have een another big loss..she is also a good friend, and a friend of God.
