What is the max info the public get get on a building from Town Hall etc???

Ok so I want to get some info on a building. Can I get tax info? Blueprints? Ownership?

What else can I get? Where do I go?

I want this info on a given building just for the history of the building and to put in my collection I will pass down to my kids.

Tax records,inspection records,General history build dates,sell dates,ownership etc.

Ask the building administrator for the building history.
