Just walk up to him and start talking to him, like you would with anyone else. Try to be as casual as possible, make sure you don't push him too much or ask him anything too strange. I think your main problem will be choosing what to talk about; guys don't have the same interests that girls do.

Wear something that looks more appealing.(not saying that you wear bad outfits or anything...)
Maybe put on more make-up too. Find something that he likes and talk to him about it. Start your conversation with a 'hi' or 'what's up'
or something like that. If he's lookin right at you when you're talking to him, that means he's interested. And when he's interested, talk to him every day, and continue from there.

Get creative. Notice everything he does and chime in with some cute remark and a SMILE. If he doesn't respond favorably then don't continue to pursue him. I wasted a lot of precious time with stupid crushes that went nowhere.

well first of all being urself is number 1 it is very important im 12 and yea i kno because my dad told me because my mother didnt act like herself when she dated him then when they got married she acted in a way my dad didnt like but that was how she was and she didnt act herself with my dad so be careful and if he dosent like u remember theres a whole bunch of fish in the sea

Just talk with him, and if you both have chemistry, he or you can make a move, look for signs like, if he smiles alot when talking to you, does he act differently to you then with ohter girls

try getting a friend to ask him do he likes you if he says yes go up to him and ask him out if he says no go up to him and ask him out if that doesn't work just move on
