Absolutely. There are some very dangerous communicable diseases out there and we need to know that people who pose a potential health risk to society are not permitted entrance. We adopted our daughter from Russia and before we were given a visa for her to enter the United States she had to have a medical exam. This should be required of all immigrants.

Of course, we have always done that with passed immigrants, and they still do it if they come legally. Its the illegals that are spreading deceases, they are bringing TB with them and it is the worst kind, they have traced it to illegals, we got rid of TB, but it is back because of illegals, and it is drug resistant.
