Do you think he was making fun of me?

This guy I've seen around work for awhile out of the blue one day smiled at me. As I recall I had a lowcut shirt on. But it was in a classy way and not to low. I'm just an average size for my body. Then a couple of days later he past me in the hall and smiled again. Then a week went by and I was sitting in the break room in my usual spot. He past by and just gave me a blank serious look for like 5 seconds, then walked on. This has happened like 5 times now that when he sees me He just gives me a blank stare. I don't intentionally look and him I just happen to look a certain way and catch his stare. I've even looked away or down a couple of times he makes me uncomfortable. Another day I had on a low cut shirt and he past by I looked up and he was totally staring at my chest with his head turned. I don't think he knows I saw this. The latest thing is him and a friend were getting something out of the vending machine. Again I looked up like anyone would when someone enters th

But when him and his friend walked away his friend turned to look at me when they were up away he probably doesn't realize I even saw him turn. And the friend had a smile on his face. I couldn't hear laughing but he had a smile. I talked to this girl I know that I saw talking to him once. She told me he was a really shallow stuck up guy. This made me feel worse. Do you think he was making fun of me. I mean why does he just look and not say hi or smile?

A couple of my friends said maybe he just thinks you're pretty. But he's only like 22 it looks like and I'm 32. I'm much older.

yeah it's true that he's a real rude and stuck up guy. or it's possible he likes you.

Probably not making fun of you. Most people are fairly self-centered and think that every look, gesture or laugh, must be about us. Ignore him, be your own self and don't worry about it. He is barely old enough to be a man...could be fairly immature. Probably does find you attractive..You could also just go up to him and ask him how he's doing, how he likes it here, whether or not he's interested in lunch tomorrow...He might also not even be looking at you... Depending on how self-confident YOU are will dictate your course of action. Ignore him, do your own work, wear whatever is acceptable work place attire for you place of business. Or , if you are concerned, then confront him. Ask, him what his problem is..He will either shrivel up or run away laughing at you.,,,thinking you are a bona fide nutcase..Your call.

You got a little long winded, Yahoo cut you off. But he is most likely just being friendly when smiling and absent minded when not. I wouldn't think anything of it.

Sounds like a few guys i knew when i went to highschool The type of guy who likes to look at girls bodys and thats it. Hes clearly looking at your chest when you are around him with this low cut shirt, hes thinking...well you know...hes judgeing you on your boobs. They know you know that you have notice them doing this, even though you said that they prob dont. But trust me they do. They are making fun of you, they are thinking that girls who wear things like that are craving attention for guys like them to look. I disagree of course because i the same have a few of those shirts in my wardrobe. But these guys are just boys not grown up at all. Dont let it bother you, they will end up stopping and i am sure your not the only girl they have done that to. Do the same to them get a friend of yours or more and dont let them get a chance to smile or look at you without obviously judgeing you. Be the one to judge them first, look at him and make a face like this guy is naked..lol..laugh at him make him feel like something is wrong with him. He wont like it at all. And as you do this for so long he will move on and stop. If that doesnt work walk up to him, dont be scared...whats the sense of being scared??? Walk up to him and asked him if hes hit puberty yet? See what he says...lol..it will stun him. Than before he answers walk away and smile. He will hate it.

maybe he's just random guy who likes to smile or stare at people. or were you not smiling back?? then he might get the impression that your not friendly toward him. but he is defiantly not making fun of you. he's just weird.

I wouldn't worry about it. I know thats it's hard to ignore, but if he's a stuck up jerk why worry if he is being...well...a jerk. Thats just what he is doing to make himself feel better.
