Well we were together in da 4th grade and I moved in the 5th,came back in 6th.So I wrote him a note saying If he would go out wit me and he never answered.Then I gave him another and he still didnt answer.Today as I was walking by all he said was Savannah(my name).Does he like me or not?

It's 6th grade. Everyone is going through hormonal changes. Don't take things too personally if people act weird.
The only way to know if he "likes" you is to ask him in private. Get him away from his friends and such, and ask him if he's into you or what. Who knows maybe he didn't get the note. Maybe he has a girl.
Just ask him. It will end the drama faster.

It sounds to me like he likes you as a friend. When I was your age (I'm now 29) I was hopelessly in love with a boy named Joe. We were friends and talked on the phone all the time, but he didn't feel "that way" about me...I often check classmates.com to see if I can get a hold of him, but he has never registered. :(

There are two possible anwsers. number one he likes you but he is too shy to tell you. Or number two which is probubly the reason he doesn't like you and doesn't know what to say. You might or emberresed him by asking.
