Do you blow dry your hair everyday? Do you bleach your hair? If so do you go to a hairstylist to bleach it, or do it yourself?
All of those things factor into your hair growth. If you blow dry your hair everyday it will break off a lot. You should try to go at least 2-3 days a week without blow drying. Put your hair up in a cute bun or in a braid, there are lots of cute styles. I always have to put my hair up when I don't blow dry it cause it's frizzy.
Also, when you do blow dry it, use a product in your hair, such as moose, it will protect your hair more. You can also try leave in conditioners, they seem to make my hair stronger.
If you go in to get your hair done, you can ask your hairdresser to give your hair a strong conditioning treatment, they're usually around 20 minutes to sit under the dryer... and cost about $20.
It is also said that Vitamin B will help improve your hair and growth.

Get a couple of Birth Control Pills, crush them, put them inside a full bottle of shampoo, leave it overnight till the pills disolved. and start using it.
Or you can put Tomato on your roots.
FYI: Birth Control Pills have Hormones, and that's what helps your hair grow.

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .

if your hair is normal, just let it grow naturally. but if you have a family history of hair problems, or something wrong genetically, go see a hair specialist. other than that, try Rogaine for women.

I would like to be of help.
My grandmother, who knew a thing or two, told me to go to bed early so that my hair would grow. When that seemed not to work, she rubbed doggie doo into my scalp. This seemed to work, although it was easier to rub in the moist ones, not the dry white ones.
Let us know how you get on with this.
