A pre-made vegetable tray with ranch dressing from the store. If I wanted to bake a dessert I would make a Triple Chocolate Cake. Take a bundt pan and grease it and preheat the oven to 350. Take a package of chocolate fudge instant pudding and mix with 1 3/4 cup milk. Add a devil's food cake mix and a bag of Ghiradelli's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Mix well and pour into the greased bundt pan and bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees and cool about 10-15 minutes before flipping it over. Sprinkle with a little bit of powdered sugar if you want or you can add a glaze, sprinkles, or fruit too for decoration. Enjoy! It's best to have it slightly underbaked so it's fudgy in the middle but still holds its form.

Chicken enchiladas are always a hit. Make sure you don't overdo it with the sauce as it can be overwhelming.
People also love healthy pasta dishes.
A jello "jeweled" (chk the internet for this) salad is tasty
If you are bringing a dessert, try a giant flan in a 13x9 inch pan but don't flip in onto the cookie sheet or smaller plate (slice it up before to do this) UNTIL you get to the pot luck.
Have fun!! I always enjoy pot-lucks-ESPECIALLY if the food is HOMEMADE so be sure to make it yourself, okay??

I usually take cut fruit like cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc. in a clear glass bowl. Otherwise, I'm big on finger foods so I take something like a hot artichoke and spinach dip and homemade bread.

OK . Here's my favourite. Cherry tomatoes , add afew basil leaves , olive-oil and salt . It took me longer to write this than it will take you to prepare it . You'll thank me and your friends will never forget you. By the way , If a few pine nuts happen to fall in while you're preparing it , leave em in.
